Digital transformation of future educators teacher training / Digitalna transformacija poučavanja budućih edukatora (10 min)

In order to provide future generations with an education that prepares them for the challenges of the post-digital age, the education of future educators must be rethought and transformed. It is well known that from an early age we learn from the role models around us. For this very reason, it is important in the training of future educators not only to provide theoretical foundations and examples of good practice, methods and activities that students should apply in their future work, but also to include these methods and activities in our curricula. In the presentation we will give examples of innovations in the education of future mathematics teachers: the flipped classroom, the hybrid teaching model, the use of educational robots in the classroom, the implementation of H5P elements in teaching materials,... / Kako bismo budućim generacijama omogućili obrazovanje koje će ih pripremiti na izazove koje pred njih donosi postdigitalno doba, nužno je promišljati i transformirati edukaciju budućih edukatora. Dobro je poznato da od malih nogu učimo na primjerima djelovanje osoba koje nas okružuju. Upravo zato je bitno da u edukaciju budućih edukatora implementiramo ne samo teorijske osnove i primjere dobre prakse metoda i aktivnosti za koje želimo da studenti koriste u svom budućem radu, već da iste te metode i aktivnosti implementiramo i u svoje kurikulume. U izlaganju ćemo navesti primjere inovacija u poučavanju budućih učitelja matematike: obrnuta učionica, hibridni model nastave, upotreba edukacijskih robota u nastavi, implementacija H5P elemenata u obrazovne materijale,…
